Ive got a few things that I plan on doing to my tbird this winter. Ill do my best to keep you all updated on the progress.
some things on the list include
-Replace the newly broken rear end with an all aluminum pumpkin, 4.30:1 gear, new traction lock, and most likely a new pass side half shaft.
-Replace the 4R70W transmission with a MightyMite C4 trans with a transbrake and high stall torque converter.
-Change over from EFI to a carb using an Edlebrock Vic Jr 4.6L intake manifold, ProSystems 650 carb and MSD Mod6 box to handle the spark.
-Remove factory gas tank and install a RCI 8gallon fuel cell, Aeromotive A1000 fuel pump and Fuel pressure regulator, Aeroquip -8/-6 fuel lines.
check back, I hope to have pics of the rear end both the old broken piece and the new piece up here in the next day or so. _________________ http://www.per-race-engines.com

took the pumpkin out of the car....
on the left you will see what a normal half shaft looks like, on the right, whats left of mine :)
took the bearing, the housing and who knows what else with it. the splined part of the end of the shaft is stuck in the pumpkin still..
